Accounts and payments.

Your course account

When you create an account in the learner portal, Supabase handles sign-in. It also stores your course records: your account email, the name for your certificate, your progress, your quiz and assessment results, and your certificate details. We use these to run the course, give you access, and verify certificates.

Payments

Payments go through Stripe. When checkout says “Sold through Link,” Stripe’s affiliate Sold through Link, LLC handles the payment. You enter your card details on the Stripe/Link checkout page, not on ours. We keep a purchase reference and its status so we can connect your payment to your course access.

INSURANCE-BASED CARE

The insurance inquiry form.

What you send

When you send the insurance inquiry form, we receive your name, email, phone, state, ZIP code, insurance carrier, plan type and your short message.

A few details are added automatically: the page you sent it from, the first page you visited on the site, and the campaign labels in the link you followed, if there were any (source, medium and campaign). We use these to see which pages lead people to us.

Where it goes

Your inquiry goes to our care team through a HIPAA-configured CRM (GoHighLevel). We operate it with Integrative Psych (Integrative Psychiatry, 80 8th Ave, Suite 202, New York, NY), which coordinates insurance-based care. Your inquiry is saved there as a contact record with a note, so the team can follow up. If your email or phone number is already in those records, your inquiry is added to the existing record.

If you give an email address, an automatic reply is sent to it from the same system.

Why we use it

We use it to check your coverage and reach out to set up a first visit.

Keeping the form safe

To block spam, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. Your IP address is not added to your inquiry. Please don’t include medical details here.

VISIT COUNTS

What we count.

No third-party analytics

These pages do not load Google Analytics, advertising trackers or other third-party analytics scripts. The site only runs scripts from its own address.

Course page counts

On the home page and the practical guides, we count a few actions: clicks on the free lesson and course offer, a view of the price, and starting or finishing the free lesson. Each count sends only an event name, a source label and a version number to our own server. We store daily totals in Supabase. The totals have no names, emails, visitor IDs, IP addresses or lesson answers. Free lesson answers are checked in your browser and never sent.

On the insurance inquiry page

A small script on the inquiry page saves a few things in your browser’s own storage: the campaign labels in the link you followed (including an ad click ID, if there is one), the first page you visited, and a page-version label. It sets no cookies and sends nothing by itself. Some of these details go with your form only when you send it, as described above. The ad click ID stays in your browser. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes them.

Hosting

Netlify hosts this website. Like any web host, it handles technical connection details, such as IP addresses, and may keep request and security logs.
