and privacy.
Practical information about the course, access, refunds, and the information used to run this website.
Enrollment opening soon
The learner portal is available for account registration, email confirmation, sign-in and password recovery. Paid enrollment remains closed while launch checks are completed. The public website and free planning lesson are available now. The purchase terms below describe the first course when enrollment opens.
THE FIRST COURSE
Access and price.
Executive Functioning Skills
The course is for individual learners who are 21 or older. It contains four self-paced sections on planning tasks, getting started, protecting attention, and adjusting after a setback, with text lessons, fictional examples, practice activities, quizzes, and a final assessment.
The price is $19.99 USD, paid once, for 90 days of course access. Your 90-day period starts when course access is confirmed. This is a one-time purchase, with no automatic course renewal. The checkout will show the total payable, including any applicable taxes, before payment.
Use the learner portal to create an account, confirm your email or return to your account and saved records. Creating an account does not purchase a course. Paid enrollment remains closed.
Education and the completion certificate
The course teaches educational skills using ordinary tasks and fictional situations. It is not individualized mental health treatment and does not create a clinician-patient relationship.
To complete the course, read all four sections, pass their quizzes, and pass the final assessment. Feedback and retries are part of the learning path. The course design includes a downloadable Certificate of Course Completion with a unique number and a verification record.
The certificate documents completion of this educational course. It does not certify mental health, clinical competence, or a professional license. The issuer is Frontier Mental Health. It is not a Columbia University credential.
COURSE SUPPORT
Refunds and help.
Before you start the paid course
You may request a refund before starting the paid course by emailing info@psych-nyc.com. The Start course action opens the first paid lesson and marks the course as started. Reading the website, trying the free sample, signing in, or completing payment alone does not count as starting the course.
Technical problems
If you cannot access your purchase or have a technical problem, contact info@psych-nyc.com so we can help. Include your purchase email address and order reference if available, along with a short description of the problem. Do not send card numbers or medical records.
Your consumer rights
This refund policy supplements applicable consumer rights. It does not remove cancellation rights or remedies for unavailable or faulty digital content that apply under local law. Starting a course does not, by itself, mean that every legal right to cancel or obtain a remedy has ended.
CURRENT PUBLIC WEBSITE
Privacy while you try the sample.
The sample lesson
You can read the public website and try the fictional planning lesson without creating an account. Sample answer choices are checked in your browser and are not transmitted to Frontier Mental Health. The sample does not save a learner record or issue a certificate.
Aggregate lesson and offer counts
We count a small set of interactions with the public lesson and course offer: clicks on their invitations, a view of the course price block, starting the sample, and completing it. The site sends only an approved event name, a neutral source label such as a resource-placement code or an untagged visit, and a format version to our website endpoint. It does not send your selected answer, name, email address, full page address, referring address, or personal history in this event message.
Our application stores daily totals grouped by event and source label in Supabase. This count table does not store individual event records, visitor identifiers, IP addresses, user agents, account information, or selected answers. Repeated visits, clicks and automated requests can affect these totals; they do not identify unique people.
Approved campaign labels are read from the current page address and kept in page memory. Links within this website can preserve those approved labels. This campaign code does not write cookies, browser session storage or local storage. A short local interaction list is cleared when the page is reloaded or left. Advertising trackers are not part of this public release.
Website hosting and contact messages
Netlify hosts the public website and its event endpoint; Supabase stores the application’s aggregate counts. Requests pass through hosting infrastructure, which processes technical connection information and may maintain request, security and operational logs. Those hosting logs are separate from our application’s daily count table. The limited fields in that table do not mean that no network information is processed or logged. See the Netlify privacy information and Supabase privacy information.
If you email course support, your email address, message, and any order details you provide are used to respond to your request. Please keep personal medical history, trauma narratives, and payment credentials out of support messages. External links, including the founder's academic links, take you to websites with their own privacy information.
THE LEARNER PORTAL
Accounts, payment, and learning records.
Your account and records
You can create an account, confirm your email, sign in and recover your password through the learner portal. Paid enrollment remains closed. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails or purchase a course.
The course system stores the information you provide and the records needed for delivery: account email, certificate name, age confirmation, your public-name choice, purchase references and status, course access dates, section progress, answers to fictional assessment questions, assessment results and completion-certificate details. These records support sign-in, payment confirmation, saved learning, support and certificate verification. Account and learning information is separate from the public website’s aggregate event-count table.
Services that process this information
Netlify hosts the website and its server functions. Supabase handles account authentication and stores account-linked course records. Stripe processes card checkout and payment or refund status when paid enrollment is available. Resend delivers account-confirmation and password-recovery emails sent through Supabase from accounts@auth.frontiermentalhealth.com. Your email address and the security links in those messages pass through the email services for delivery.
These services process information outside your browser. Card details are entered through Stripe checkout; the course system uses payment references and status to connect a confirmed purchase to course access. Provider infrastructure may also process technical request and operational logs, separate from the course records described here.
Essential browser storage
The learner portal uses browser storage for your signed-in authentication session so you can return to the same account. During checkout it also keeps a request reference in the current browser tab to reconnect a checkout attempt and avoid creating duplicate orders. These account and checkout functions are distinct from the public campaign code, which does not use cookies, session storage or local storage for attribution.
Your certificate and public verification
Your name is private in public certificate verification by default. Before a certificate is issued, your learner profile lets you choose whether public verification shows your name. The issued record saves that choice with the certificate details. Updating your profile later does not rewrite an already issued certificate record. Someone with its certificate number can check the course, issue date, version and status; the name appears only when the saved choice permits it. Contact support about privacy questions concerning an issued record.
Access expiry and privacy requests
The 90-day course access period limits access to paid lessons. Its expiry does not itself delete your account, purchase or completion records. Records support course operation, purchase and refund handling, support and certificate verification. We do not promise that every record is deleted when lesson access ends.
The course does not ask you to submit a personal trauma narrative or medical history. Its assessments concern fictional situations. Personal practice notes can stay private. For questions about your information or a privacy request, contact info@psych-nyc.com.
Provider information: Netlify privacy, Supabase privacy and Stripe privacy.
